I had an incredible stay at this boutique hotel in Playa del Carmen. The staff was absolutely amazing, always there to help with a smile, which made my experience feel special. The location was perfect—close to the beach and local attractions—though the room could have been a bit cleaner during my stay. The breakfast selection was outstanding, and the pool area felt like a tropical retreat. Overall, it’s a great value for money and a cozy getaway.
